My path in real estate is shaped by reinvention. I have learned what it means to begin again, often without a clear map, but always with resolve. That experience now guides how I serve others, with steadiness, perspective, and respect for what it takes to build a life.
I was born in Moscow, Russia, and encountered loss early. By the time I lost my parents, and later my grandmother, who had been my anchor, I understood something most people learn much later. Stability is not given. It is built.
At 18, I left Russia for Canada. I arrived without language, connections, or certainty. What I did have was a willingness to work and a belief that consistent effort compounds over time. I took on whatever work I could find, from restaurants to babysitting to early childhood education, and eventually started a small business making baby shoes from home. It was not glamorous, but it taught me how to create opportunity rather than wait for it.
In 2011, I earned my real estate license in Toronto. The industry appealed to me because it demanded awareness, discipline, and judgment. Real estate is not just about transactions. It is about people, timing, and decisions that carry weight. Within five years, I had built a business producing roughly 30 million dollars annually.
Then life shifted again.
A series of personal setbacks required me to start over, this time in Florida. By then, reinvention was familiar. On the Space Coast, I focused on investment properties, learning through repetition. Buying, renovating, and repositioning homes. Over time, I completed more than 90 flips and managed multiple Airbnb properties. That experience shaped how I see real estate today. Not just as transactions, but as a process of creating value.
To formalize that work, I founded Maximus Homes LLC, partnering with investors to design and build properties with strong fundamentals. In 2023, I joined eXp Realty and aligned with the FIG Team. That year, I closed over 30 transactions and became the top agent on the team. More importantly, it reinforced a principle I trust. Focused, consistent effort produces results.
Today, I am part of the Align Team, ranked as the number one real estate team within eXp Realty nationwide. For my clients, that means access to stronger marketing, better systems, and a broader network. But tools only matter if they are used with intention. My approach remains steady and personal. I aim to simplify a complex process and help clients make decisions with clarity.
Real estate, for me, is a practical way to help people move forward. Whether that means finding stability, building wealth, or stepping into a new phase of life. I understand that starting over can feel uncertain. I also know it can be the beginning of something better.
Having lived in multiple countries, I understand the weight and possibility of relocation. Starting over is rarely just logistical. It is personal. That perspective shapes how I work with my clients.
On Florida’s Space Coast, many clients are connected to organizations like NASA, SpaceX, and Blue Origin. These moves often carry both professional and personal stakes and require thoughtful guidance.
Fluent in English and Russian, I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and understand what it takes to adjust to a new environment.
My role is to manage complexity so my clients do not have to. From coordination to negotiation, I ensure each step is handled with care. I also provide access to a trusted network of lenders, contractors, and designers.
The goal is simple. To help you feel confident in your decisions and at home in what comes next.
Sincerely,
Anna Menchaca
